"SIA "LITE CANDLES" is a social enterprise located in Tukums, Latvia, that produces candles made from eco-friendly soy wax, essential oils, and sustainable packaging. The candles are placed in porcelain containers, thus emphasizing a focus on nature, product durability, and refill options. The company conducts its economic activities with the financial support of the European Social Fund, Project Identification No. 9.1.1.3/15/1001, "Support for Social Entrepreneurship." The production process and business development involve marginalized target groups in society, thereby promoting the creation of an inclusive civic society. During the project implementation, new job opportunities have been created, and social target groups have been integrated into society, enhancing their emotional quality of life and material well-being."

"To further develop the company and enhance its export capabilities, which is engaged in candle and room fragrance sticks production and the creation of a strong brand with a specially designed visual identity, there was a need for additional workforce in the following positions:"

"Packaging specialist and Commercial business specialist who promotes sales and other administrative matters. These positions are integrated into the target groups - individuals who needed motivation and an educational work environment that would provide opportunities for education or other growth motivation factors. For socially excluded - 2 representatives of the target groups have been provided with jobs, and a monthly salary has been ensured in accordance with the hourly rates specified by VID in the relevant profession classifier. As a result of the project, business development has been achieved, along with an increase in social added value, creating an inclusive civic society. The company's economic activities involve the production and sale of candles and room fragrance sticks. The products are primarily sold through the company's website www.liteonline.shop, local design and fashion stores, as well as in foreign markets through cooperation agreements with wholesalers outside Latvia."

"Currently, the LITE candles collection consists of 5 types of scented candles, 4 types of room fragrance sticks, and massage candles."

"Sales are promoted through social networks such as Facebook and Instagram. In the future, there are plans to engage brand ambassadors from Latvia, as well as other countries like the Netherlands, France, the UAE, and more."

"LITE's products have export potential, and collaborations with partners in the United Arab Emirates, France, Italy, Spain, and other countries are currently being developed."
