ABOUT US 

SIA “LITE candle” is a social enterprise based in Tukums, producing candles made from eco-friendly soy wax, essential oils, and sustainable packaging. The candles are packaged in porcelain containers, emphasizing our commitment to nature, product durability, and refillability options. Our company operates with funding from the European Social Fund under Project ID No. 9.1.1.3/15/1001 “Support for Social Entrepreneurship.” We engage marginalized groups in the production process and business development, promoting inclusive civic society. Through this project, new jobs have been created and social target groups have been integrated into society, improving their emotional well-being and material prosperity.

To further develop our business and enhance its export capabilities in the production of candles and room diffusers, as well as establishing a strong brand with a distinctive visual identity, we have identified the need for additional workforce in the following positions:

1. Candle Assembler and Packaging Specialist
2. Sales and Administrative Specialist, responsible for promoting sales and managing other administrative tasks.

These positions integrate target groups in need of motivation and an educational work environment, providing opportunities for educational interest or other growth motivation factors. Socially excluded individuals from two target groups are provided with employment and a monthly salary in accordance with the designated profession rate established by the State Revenue Service, thanks to the grant provided by ALTUM. This project has resulted in the development of entrepreneurship and the creation of inclusive civic society while generating added social value. Our company’s main activity is the production and sale of candles and room diffusers. Our products are primarily sold through our website, www.liteonline.shop, as well as in local design and fashion stores. We have also ventured into foreign markets by establishing partnership agreements with wholesalers outside of Latvia.

Currently, the LITE candles collection consists of 5 types of aromatic candles, 4 types of room diffusers, and massage candles. Sales are promoted through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. In the future, we plan to collaborate with influential and recognizable individuals from Latvia and other countries, including the Netherlands, France, and the United Arab Emirates, to further promote our brand. LITE products have export potential, and we are currently developing partnerships with partners in the United Arab Emirates, France, Italy, Spain, and others.
